Almost one of the simplest hot foods you can imagine. A fried (or poached if you prefer) egg on a lovely piece of bread served with raw red onion and sprinkled with a dash of salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper. It's a true flavour sensation.
All natural light from the window helps show off the warm colours and textures of the food. The photos are just as gorgeous as the food was tasty.
